AZT, ASLA Open House and Garden Tour a Great Success
The Open House and Garden Tour at the Douglas Home was a wonderful event attended by about 50 landscape architects. The garden was beautiful, the wildflowers in top form, the lunch excellent, and the conversations memorable. We would like to thank Kennetha Perkins of Trueform and Beth Johannessen of Dig Studio for helping us arrange and promote the event with the ASLA membership. We would also thank all of you for taking the time to join us.
The demonstration garden at AZT was always open to design professionals but that location will no longer be available for tours. Aside from enjoying a desert spring day in lovely surroundings, the purpose of the event was to encourage the ASLA design community that the Douglas Garden is available for you to tour with clients and colleagues.
